Through CWSP, students work for and earn a majority of the cost of their education — making a quality, college preparatory education possible for students who could not otherwise afford it.

Creating opportunities for students is a difference maker for students, most importantly. When done well, it can be a key message in recruitment and development. What I sense is that many schools have a similar program, albeit unofficially. Their counselors work tirelessly to make this opportunity available to those who may benefit most, or who need it most. Schools can work to brand these types of opportunities, not just for the sake of branding and recruitment, but for the continued excellence of the school.
